Valerie Laycock

Valerie started Wildflower Wellbeing in 2019 to support families with the ups and downs of life. Since then, she has taught throughout the community, in schools, in homes and in various yoga studios accross the peninsula.

Yoga has been a part of her life for over 20 years and she wants to teach kids how to incorporate these principles into every day life. She is passionate about leading change to a more screen free and balanced world for our young people.

She studied history and music at university and worked in the museum sector for over ten years before opening Wildflower Wellbeing.

Why Wildflower? Like a wildflower, we all have a natural uniqueness that lives inside us. It's important to celebrate what makes us special. Be Wild. Be You.
