Val is the face behind Wildflower Wellbeing. She is a writer, singer, teacher and historian.

Val has been practicing yoga for nearly 20 years. Yoga and meditation have helped her navigate some tricky times and she is passionate about sharing the power of them with children.
​
She completed training in the Pink Buddha Mindfulness and Positive Mindset program, holds a 50 hour teacher training certificate from Zenergy Kids Yoga Training as well as a Bachelor's degree in History and Music.

Val has taught kids yoga, meditation and mindfulness in yoga studios, gardens, childcares, preschools and schools across the Mornington Peninsula since 2019.
